Requirements
- Prior manufacturing experience or a mechanical background
- Comfortable with basic measurements and shop math
- Strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn
- Team players who value safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Nice To Haves
- Prior machine drilling and/or CNC machining experience is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Receive hands-on comprehensive training from experienced mentors on the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of CNC type machines.
- Communicate openly with trainers and managers, actively learning and applying feedback
- Set up and operate precision machines
- Monitor machine operations, ensuring top-quality results and making adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Operate forklifts (we’ll train and certify you)
