About The Position

Arnold Magnetic Technologies is a global leader in high performance magnetic materials and precision magnetic assemblies. Our products are mission critical to applications across aerospace, defense, energy, medical, and automotive markets. By joining Arnold, you become part of a team that enables innovation in electric propulsion, defense electronics, and advanced weapon systems through cutting edge magnetic technology. Arnold Magnetic Technologies is hiring Machinists at multiple levels (I to IV) to support the production of precision components used in our high-performance magnetic solutions. Depending on experience and placement, machinists may operate, set up, and program CNC lathes, mills, grinders, and Sodick Wire EDM. Higher level machinists may take on more complex setups, programming, troubleshooting, or mentoring. Each machinist level requires progressively broader skills and responsibilities, and placement will directly influence compensation.
