About The Position

The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. This role ensures the efficient production of high-quality components by monitoring machine performance, inspecting finished products, and following safety and quality standards.

Requirements

Previous experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical documents.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
Basic mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Nice To Haves

Prior CNC machining experience or technical training is a plus.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines according to production specifications and work instructions.
Load and unload materials, ensuring proper alignment and securing of workpieces.
Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on CNC machines.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings and part counts.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and quality control personnel to optimize production processes.
Keep the work area clean and organized to support a safe and efficient environment.
