The impact you’ll make in this role As a Machinist, you’ll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment. This role works 2nd shift (Mon - Fri; 3:30pm - 11:30 pm) and includes starting pay of $31.17/hour plus shift $1.25 shift differential. This role begins with training on 1st shift and transitions to 2nd shift once training is complete (estimated 3 - 6 months).

Requirements

Experience operating CNC machines.
Possess a technical degree or higher in Tool & Die Technology OR Possess a high school diploma/GED and a minimum of five (5) years of experience working with Tool & Die.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Responsibilities

Setting up and operating machining lathes to produce Stethoscope chest pieces.
Performing adjustments, tool changes, and preventive maintenance to ensure proper operation.
Performing all required sampling, testing, and inspection to meet product requirements.
Gathering and monitoring data on the process to ensure process control.
Training and assisting department operators with running the lathes and inspecting chest pieces.
Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.
Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
