About The Position
In this role, you will impact the company by delivering precision-machined components that enable the smooth functioning of our supply chain processes, contributing to product quality, operational efficiency, and overall business success.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of machining or similar experience.
- CAD/CAM experience with ACAD software and MasterCam.
- Ability to perform basic precision measurements on parts using inspection tools including calipers, micrometers and various gauges.
- Prototype experience going from a drawing to completed part (Mastercam file setup, fixturing, CNC setup & machining, verifying dimensions/finish).
- Manual mill and lathe experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a “US Person” under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).
- Experience with Haas/Fanuc style controls.
- Minimum 2 years in the proper application and interpretation of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) to ASME Y14.5 standard.

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain CNC and manual machining equipment to produce precision parts according to engineering specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate machining processes.
- Perform quality inspections and measurements to verify conformance to specifications and maintain documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Demonstrated experience in the development of machining processes, including fixturing and tooling design and selection.
- Able to produce parts with a high degree of difficulty and tight tolerances.
- Must be willing to machine graphite while also having experience with standard materials (aluminum, steels, plastics).
