About The Position

This position involves operating conventional and CNC machines to produce parts according to blueprints and drawings. The role also includes reworking damaged molds and tools, completing necessary paperwork, and maintaining a clean work area and machines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a willingness to learn, a positive work attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. This is a Safety Sensitive position.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Basic mathematical skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Ability to follow detailed and complex instructions
• Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

• 1 year experience in operating CNC, manual mills and lathe machines
• Additional skills in geometry and trigonometry

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets blueprints and drawings to machine parts.
• Sets-up and operates conventional and CNC machines.
• Reworks molds and tools damage.
• Completes related paperwork.
• Maintains clean work area and keeps machines clean.
