About The Position

This role involves planning, programming, and manufacturing parts to meet drawing specifications. You will collaborate with skilled machinists to optimize part processing, grow in a culture that promotes continuous improvement, and have the liberty to experiment with new technologies and practices. The challenging work will push you to develop your craft and grow as a machinist. Programming will be done using Mazatrol, Mori Seiki Mapps, and MasterCam or similar software.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic machining knowledge
• 4 years of experience required
• Able to program with one of the following or similar: Mazatrol, Mori Seiki MAPPS III and/or Mori Seiki MAPPS IV, or MasterCam
• Self-motivation and project drive while working well in a team environment
• Basic machining tools (micrometer, indicator, and other standard machinist tools)
• Talent to work safely
• Drive to recognize and mitigate any unsafe condition
• Ability select appropriate PPE based on job requirements

Nice To Haves

• NIMS credentials level I & II is a plus
