About The Position

We manufacture hyper-pure polysilicon, high-quality solar wafers, and innovative photovoltaic modules. This role is crucial for advancing critical U.S. supply chains and ensuring unmatched quality and reliability for our customers. The purpose of this position is to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing and facilities equipment to ensure efficient and safe production.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Journeyman license preferred.
• 3+ years of mechanical experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Effective communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-call/shifts, overtime, and weekends.
• Physical strength to handle heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of schematics and 'Lock out Tag Out' principles.
• Ability to work 12-hour shift on a 2-3-2 rotating schedule, alternating day/night to night/day every two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery (e.g., conveyors, pumps, compressors).
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Dismantle, move, and reassemble equipment.
• Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.
• Conduct rigging, lifting, and precision alignment.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Keep detailed maintenance records.
• Assist in the installation and testing of new machinery.
• Train junior staff and suggest process improvements.
