About The Position

Lead a Specialized Service Facility. Grow Into General Management. Are you an experienced mechanical leader with expertise in machine tool spindles, precision bearings, rotating equipment, or spindle repair? If so, this is an opportunity to lead a respected service facility with a clear path to General Management. We are seeking a hands-on General Facility Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise skilled repair technicians, provide technical guidance, and ensure world-class spindle rebuild quality.

Requirements

• Mechanical or Electromechanical background
• Experience with machine tool spindles, rotating equipment, or spindle repair
• Knowledge of super precision rolling element bearings
• Experience performing bearing failure analysis
• Background in machine tool service, machining, grinding, or precision manufacturing
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the service facility
• Supervise, mentor, and develop spindle repair technicians
• Schedule and prioritize repair projects
• Review spindle evaluations and determine repair costs
• Provide technical support to customers and the sales team
• Perform failure analysis and recommend corrective actions
• Review final repair reports and ensure quality standards are met
• Coordinate workloads with other service facilities
