About The Position

Requirements

• Three (3) months manufacturing or warehouse experience and/or equivalent education, training, or experience in job-related activities.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Demonstrate effective team and interpersonal skills.
• Able to perform assisted lifts and/or push/pull up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to cross-train in other functional areas.
• This position requires good attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Reliable attendance is a must.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain conveyor parameters as product completes adhesion process.
• Ensure product quality and adjust timing as needed by production demand.
• Log labor and material used in the production of product.
• Use assisted lifting techniques (winches or clasps) to load/unload product.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in designated work areas.
• React positively to change.
• Able to work overtime as necessary.
