Machine Technician (2nd Shift Mon - Fri 2:15 PM - 10:30 PM)

These values are the cornerstone of Plastic Ingenuity. The Machine Technician is responsible for machine set up, machine repair and uniform and consistent machine operation. The Machine Technician Trainee or Machine Tech 1 performs similar duties within a developmental role. All work is performed in a climate-controlled environment. Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Attention to detail
- Desire for continual learning and personal development
- Mechanical aptitude
- Proficient in English
Responsibilities
- Assist in ensuring that the output of our process is a quality part
- Review part quality with Inspector Packers to learn if part is within acceptable standards
- Adjust machine settings as necessary to ensure parts are within acceptable standards
- Receive ongoing training in machine set up and operation
- Perform duties of inspector packer when needed
- Follow good manufacturing practices to ensure product safety
- Complete production records as needed
