About The Position

Safely and efficiently support production in accordance with machine shop and standard work processes, by the utilization of standardized work to ensure product quality.

Requirements

• English language competency and legible writing ability.
• Must be able to read and follow specific work instructions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous machine shop experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Kubota products and machine shop process.
• Basic blue print reading.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates lasers, press break, punch press, spot welder and other machine shop equipment.
• Operation of machine shop machinery and all related duties such as cleaning, routine maintenance, trouble shooting, problems, etc.
• Utilize machine shop processes, equipment and work standards.
• Supports standardize work processes and team oriented goals.
• Participates in continuous improvement activities.
• Understands the importance and necessity of the 5-Gen principle process.
• Participates in 5s activities.
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Performs special projects as requested and related tasks as needed.
