About The Position

The Machine Shop Supervisor oversees the daily operations of Rotron’s conventional machining area, leading machinists and operators to ensure parts are manufactured safely, accurately, and on schedule. As a visible shop-floor leader, the supervisor spends significant time in the production area, reinforces safe work practices, verifies adherence to procedures and work instructions, and responds quickly to quality, equipment, staffing, and scheduling concerns. Success requires clear communication, practical machining knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to coach employees, reinforce accountability, and support a collaborative, continuous-improvement culture.
