About The Position
We are hiring Machine Shop Helpers for both day and evening shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals with basic shop experience looking to grow their skills in machining and production.
Requirements
- General machine shop knowledge
- Understanding of shop safety practices
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Previous shop or manufacturing experience
- Experience using grinders
- Ability to read a ruler/tape measure accurately
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations in a machine shop environment
- Support machine operators and technicians with setup and material handling
- Use basic tools and equipment such as grinders
- Measure materials using a ruler or tape measure
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all shop safety procedures and guidelines
- Help ensure production goals and deadlines are met
