About The Position
Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an Outside Machine Helper to assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of industrial machinery in an outdoor work environment. This role supports machine operators and ensures equipment is functioning efficiently and safely on job sites.
Requirements
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of tools and machinery operations
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a mechanical or labor-intensive role preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators with setup, operation, and breakdown of equipment
- Load and unload materials and supplies required for machine operation
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on machinery
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to supervisors
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Support general labor tasks as needed on-site
