About The Position

We're hiring a dependable, hands-on Machine Shop Assistant to support our production and inspection teams. This is a physical, on-the-floor role—not an office job. You’ll help move materials, keep the shop organized, and assist with essential manufacturing tasks. Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions and work safely

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of shop or warehouse experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Forklift experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Cut raw materials using band saws
• Assist with general bench work and shop tasks
• Pack, count, and organize finished parts
• Clean parts and assist with light inspection and assembly
• Support preventive maintenance and general cleanliness
• Tag, bag, and label parts for shipping
• Run parts between departments as needed
• Support the Gage Lab and Tool Crib
• Operate forklifts to assist with materials and shipping/receiving
