About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Machine Set-Up Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on machine setup and changeover experience who is comfortable working with dies, disassembling and reassembling equipment, and preparing machines for production. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and able to troubleshoot and make adjustments to equipment to ensure smooth production.

Requirements

Previous hands-on machine setup or machine changeover experience required
Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
Experience working with dies, tooling, or machine components
Comfortable taking machines apart and putting them back together
Ability to read and follow work instructions
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing or production experience preferred

Responsibilities

Set up and prepare manufacturing machinery for production
Perform machine changeovers between different products or production runs
Safely disassemble and reassemble machine components as needed
Install, remove, and work with dies and related tooling
Make machine adjustments to maintain proper production specifications
Inspect equipment and tooling before and after setup
Troubleshoot basic mechanical and setup issues
Ensure machines are running properly and efficiently
Follow established safety procedures and production requirements
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate equipment or production issues to supervisors or maintenance personnel
Perform other manufacturing and machine setup duties as assigned
