Work under the direction of the Department Supervisor or Branch Manager to perform pivotal functions in a challenging machine safety-oriented workplace. Develop automation and safety projects from concept to fruition using industry-accepted practices. Use creativity and work with the engineering team to develop concepts into plans. Work with the production team and field team to develop plans into deliverables. Develop quality control programs to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations. Organize and manage project documentation and provide quotes and scopes of work to customers. Perform on-site risk assessments and safety system validations. Work in conjunction with other machine safety personnel located in other offices. Learn the machine safety business and grow the group in the Northeast. This position carries with it a legal responsibility and liability to machine safety that must be considered in every activity.
