About The Position

This role is responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues in machinery, performing routine and corrective maintenance, and keeping accurate records of all work completed. It also requires using diagnostic tools and software, calibrating equipment to specifications, and working closely with other technicians and departments to coordinate repairs. A strong focus on safety compliance, quality standards, communication, teamwork, and time management is essential. Requirements

Mechanical Electrical Troubleshooting: Proficient in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems in machinery.
Preventative Maintenance: Skilled in performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.
Technical Documentation: Expertise in maintaining accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment logs.
Equipment Calibration: Ability to calibrate machinery to specifications, ensuring precision and functionality.
Safety Compliance: Knowledgeable in adhering to safety protocols and regulations during machine repair and maintenance.
Diagnostic Software Proficiency: Experienced in using diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve machine issues.
Quality Control: Ensures all repairs meet quality standards and contribute to the overall quality of team output.
Time Management: Effective in managing workload and prioritizing tasks to complete assignments within deadlines.
Communication: Capable of conveying complex technical information clearly within the team.
Team Collaboration: Works effectively with team members to achieve common objectives and integrate repair activities seamlessly.
Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR and EAR.
