Job Details: Benefits Effective on Day 1! Functions: To perform all work duties safely, as well as maintain and promote the Tyson safety culture. Receive training as required. Perform other duties/positions as required/assigned. Tasks: Perform daily forklift inspection and submit documentation to supervisor. Review the cook schedule. Ensure product is demolded and is placed in proper combo as required. Inspect all logs and properly bag any damage ends. Ensure supplies needed for demolding are properly staged for production. Generate scan tags for combos through EIM system. Supply pallets and combos to demolder. Remove full, labeled and inspected combos on pallets to warehouse by forklift. Be able to scan items into inventory through scanner. Ensure any broken logs are removed and placed into inedible barrels or are identified for rework. Reconcile log count to cook information. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Enter all required information into the Safety Chain/Plantview QA System. Be able to set-up and teardown equipment. Complete all required production documents and submit to supervisor. Report any issues related to maintenance or quality of the product to supervisor Safety Chain/Plant view, SAP and EIM experience preferred. Must be able to become forklift certified or have one prior forklift operating experience. Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Must be willing and able to frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds (with assistance). The Team Member is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, and extreme cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Ability to operate equipment using a touch screen.
