Tex Tech Industries is hiring Machine Operators for 2nd and 3rd shifts at our North Monmouth location. Requirements
- Must have fine motor skills and manual dexterity.
- Must possess good vision and be able to distinguish color variations.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of a background check is required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities
- Operate machinery to produce high-performance textiles.
- Perform tasks requiring frequent standing and walking for up to 8 hours a day.
- Engage in frequent lifting, twisting, kneeling, and bending.
- Lift objects weighing between 10 to 75 lbs, with some assistance available.
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, as these are essential for performance and advancement.
