Skilled Machine Operator
About The Position
Amcor is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our Little Chute team. In this role, you'll operate thermoforming equipment that produces K-Cups® for Keurig products while ensuring safety, quality, and production standards are met. Requirements
- Ability to work a 2-2-3 night shift schedule.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn production systems.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and attendance.
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Thermoforming, packaging, plastics, or food manufacturing experience.
- Forklift experience or certification.
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate thermoforming equipment and support machine setups, changeovers, and line clearances.
- Perform quality inspections and make machine adjustments as needed.
- Verify product specifications, labels, and materials using computer systems.
- Package, label, and scan finished products into inventory.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following GMP and PPE requirements.
