About The Position

Amcor is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our Little Chute team. In this role, you'll operate thermoforming equipment that produces K-Cups® for Keurig products while ensuring safety, quality, and production standards are met. Requirements

  • Ability to work a 2-2-3 night shift schedule.
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn production systems.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and attendance.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Thermoforming, packaging, plastics, or food manufacturing experience.
  • Forklift experience or certification.
  • Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate thermoforming equipment and support machine setups, changeovers, and line clearances.
  • Perform quality inspections and make machine adjustments as needed.
  • Verify product specifications, labels, and materials using computer systems.
  • Package, label, and scan finished products into inventory.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following GMP and PPE requirements.
