About The Position

Responsible for operating various manual and automated equipment in the production process. This role involves setting up machinery, ensuring production materials are available, assisting with changeovers, safely operating and monitoring equipment, visually inspecting production runs, reporting malfunctions, maintaining records, ensuring cleanliness of the assigned area, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
1-3 year of general work experience required.
Ability to operate manufacturing equipment.

Nice To Haves

Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience preferred.
Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment.
Knowledge of industrial technology a plus.

Responsibilities

Set up machinery ensuring all production materials are available.
Assist with change overs as necessary.
Safely operate and monitor all equipment.
Visually inspect production run and report malfunctions to maintenance department.
Maintain required records.
