About The Position

Operator 1, Machine - 7pm to 7am. This role requires training on days for a 3-month period before transitioning to the night shift. The shift schedule is alternating, working specific days every two weeks. The position involves performing routine production functions such as filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision. Maintaining accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMPs, and ISO9000 standards is crucial. The role requires effective teamwork, decision-making relative to position requirements, and adherence to instructions and standard operating procedures. This position works under direct supervision and involves developing skills in basic tasks and techniques within a specific area. Effective communication skills are necessary for understanding and being understood by coworkers and supervisors. The ability to read, write, interpret English specifications, and perform basic math calculations is mandatory. Flexibility with hours, including extended and rotating shifts, is required, along with punctual attendance and the ability to work well in a team environment. Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities is also expected.

Requirements

• HS diploma/GED preferred, as well as prior industrial experience preferred, mandatory
• Background must be cleared prior to start (Can start with Criminal and 1 employment verification completed)
• Mandatory candidates speak and read english MUST READ AND WRITE ENGLISH
• Must have some experience in Manufacturing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.
• Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations.
• Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis.
• Ability to get along with people and be able to work in a team environment.
