About The Position

As a member of the Hone department, the Machine Operator sets up and operates Hone production equipment using standard concepts, practices, and procedures. The role includes making minor operating modifications to help meet productivity and quality goals and working with others to meet production schedules. The Machine Operator produces components to standard and special tolerances according to drawings and specifications, using tooling and machine programs to maintain tolerances. The position is located in Elgin, Texas, and follows one of two first-shift schedules: 5:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m. or 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Pre-employment drug testing is required.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or proof of GED.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English or Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail.
