About The Position

We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Label Machine Operator with a mechanical background to operate and maintain labeling equipment in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors in both languages.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Mechanical aptitude or prior experience with industrial/packaging machinery
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating labeling or packaging equipment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Manufacturing or packaging experience
• Familiarity with automated or PLC-controlled equipment
• Maintenance or technical training a plus

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor label machines
• Perform changeovers, adjustments, and basic mechanical troubleshooting
• Inspect labels for accuracy, placement, and quality
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance
• Minimize downtime by identifying and resolving machine issues
• Complete production and maintenance logs
• Follow safety, quality, and company procedures
• Communicate production needs and issues in English and Spanish
