About The Position

WHO WE NEED We have excellent full time manufacturing opportunities available in our Hatfield, PA location. These are 2nd Shift positions that will train briefly on 1st shift. We will provide all training and a stable environment. Starting pay is generally $22.00-$23.85/hr (negotiable based on experience) with outstanding annual increases. Depending on the position tasks can include: Reading production schedules, customer orders, work orders, etc. Pre-mixing of raw materials Machine operation Operation of forklift and other equipment as necessary Other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For We are looking for dependable individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be successful if you have: Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to follow instructions and complete routine tasks reliably Willingness to perform physically demanding work Strong teamwork and communication skills Basic math skills for measuring and verifying materials Ability to stay organized and maintain clean work areas Education & Experience No formal education or prior experience required. Training is provided. Physical & Work Environment Requirements This is a physically demanding role performed in a manufacturing environment. The position requires: Work in an industrial setting with exposure to fumes, airborne particles, chemicals, and moving machinery Standing for most of an 8-hour shift with frequent walking, reaching, and handling materials Occasional climbing, kneeling, crouching, or balancing Regular lifting up to 50 lbs. and frequent lifting up to 100 lbs. Routine use of hand tools, cleaning equipment, and material handling equipment Strict adherence to PPE and safety procedures Why Join Penn Color?
