About The Position

Safely and efficiently operate all automated packaging machines, including robotic palletizer. Tasks are to be completed while maintaining the highest safety, quality, cost and GMP standards in a high-speed manufacturing environment. Employees shall support company culture, be collaborative, foster teamwork and be part of solutions.

Requirements

Minimum two years’ experience in manufacturing, warehousing or industrial environment
High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Operate machine centers (DPM, C50/C51, straight line closer, glue station, checkweigher, Schneider case-packers and robotic palletizer, C24, C45, V5) efficiently while maintaining highest quality standards.
Support and respond to production problems and take appropriate corrective action. Make any minor and necessary mechanical adjustments to keep production flow moving.
Complete required paperwork and quality checks on time and accurately.
Be flexible and able to work in area(s) assigned in order to meet production demands.
Maintain clean and organized work area and equipment to support safe environment.
Continually strive for safety, quality, and productivity by reporting any concerns and following rules/guidelines.
Maintain supplies in work area for current shift as well as helping set-up for next shift.
Sufficiently perform package and tea change-overs for maximum productivity.
Follow all Food Safety guidelines, but not limited to: GMP’s / PPE / Allergen Program / Quality / Sanitation / Safety / SQF.
