About The Position

As a Machine Operator on the 2nd shift (3 PM - 3 AM) within the manufacturing industry, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of production machinery. Requirements

  • Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery or in a similar industrial environment.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to work the 2nd shift hours (3 PM - 3 AM) consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery during the assigned 2nd shift to ensure consistent production output.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Identify, report, and assist in resolving mechanical or operational issues promptly to minimize production delays.
  • Maintain accurate production records, including machine logs, output counts, and quality checks.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and quality assurance teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in the setup and calibration of machines for different production runs as required.
