About The Position

This position is for a Machine Operator on the 2nd shift. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicate effectively with colleagues and the Team Leader, and maintain a good attendance record. The operator will be responsible for various tasks related to production, equipment operation, and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand production schedules.
• Weigh, calibrate, and record accurately.
• Operate all equipment on the line.
• Report all mechanical and miscellaneous delays accurately.
• Operate machine at standard.
• Palletize throughout the shift.
• Complete all work assigned by supervisor and lead person.
• Fill out QC, production, and HACCP paperwork accurately.
• Keep work area clean.
• Lift 50 lbs.
• Meet all qualifications and perform the functions of this job.
• Perform all reasonable work assignments.
