About The Position

Join Avery Dennison as a Machine Operator, where you will take ownership of advanced labeling technology to deliver high-quality products. We are looking for a mechanically inclined "Technical Pilot" who is accountable, curious about how equipment functions, and thrives in a performance-driven environment. This role will be C Shift, Sunday - Tuesday 6pm-6am, Wednesday 6pm-12am.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
1–2 years of related manufacturing or machine operation experience.
Strong mechanical skills and the ability to analyze equipment performance.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
Color vision proficiency to distinguish product variations.

Responsibilities

Operate label machines efficiently to meet daily production deadlines while minimizing material waste.
Use mechanical aptitude to monitor equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and identify root causes.
Maintain accurate logs of raw materials using our ERP system.
Ensure a "zero-defect" mindset through close attention to detail.
Maintain a clean, safe work area.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure overall site health.
