About The Position
We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure quality output and efficient operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience operating Sidel, plastic, or palletizing machines required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift
Nice To Haves
- Experience in plastic manufacturing or packaging environments
- Basic troubleshooting or maintenance experience
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery, including Sidel, plastic processing, and palletizing equipment
- Perform routine machine checks and ensure proper functionality
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain consistent production output while meeting quality standards
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Keep work area clean and organized
