About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Machine Operator to join our team. This role offers a consistent 12-hour, 2-2-3 schedule, meaning you'll only work 15 days per month, giving you half the year off before even considering PTO. Requirements

• Machine operation or mechanical experience preferred
• Positive, self-motivated, and a team player
• Able to lift 50 lbs and handle physical tasks
• Good communicator, adaptable, safety-focused

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines
• Perform setups, changeovers, and adjustments
• Inspect products and ensure quality standards
• Follow all safety and PPE procedures
• Package, stack, and prepare materials
