About The Position

We’re looking for a machine operator to work second shift (8-hour shifts). You will be a vital part of our production team, ensuring our precision-machined components meet the highest standards. This is a hands-on position for a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual who is eager to contribute to the success of a top-tier manufacturing operation. We have openings for motivated CNC Machinists. If you are a recent graduate who has successfully completed a CNC Machining Program, this is an exceptional opportunity to launch your career. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work effectively during your required shift.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience with polishing is highly desirable.
Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation role is a plus.
Motivated individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply, as on-the-job training will be provided for entry-level candidates.

Responsibilities

Setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC and/or EDM machinery.
Performing in-process quality inspections using precision measuring equipment (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height stands, and indicators).
Following all quality assurance and safety procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Managing and completing work orders accurately and efficiently.
Performing routine machine maintenance, such as cleaning and restocking materials, to ensure optimal performance.
