About The Position

The assembly machine operator is responsible for operating a variety of assembly machines and inspecting product to guarantee product quality requirements. This position is for 2nd Shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm. This role is required to be on-site 5-6 days at the Hamilton, IN location.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy work practice by observing safely procedures and practices.
• Operate equipment following the work instructions.
• Strictly adhere to all work instructions and safety procedures
• Inspect product and record results as required in the Quality Specifications.
• Some Lifting Required – up to 50 lbs.
• Climbing steps may be required
• Other tasks are assigned as necessary to ensure production requirements are met
• Immediately report any unsafe or unhealthy working condition to supervision/leadership.
