About The Position

Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold Services) is hiring GREAT people for IMMEDIATE Machine Operators for our client located in York, SC. This position offers competitive pay starting at $17.00 per hour with overtime available. The role involves controlling and adjusting machine settings, feeding raw materials, inspecting parts, testing machine operations, fixing issues, and maintaining records of production.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Machine Operator experience

Responsibilities

• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
• Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
• Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
• Test operation of machines periodically
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift
• Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
• Maintain activity logs
