Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain advanced equipment, ensuring that everything runs like clockwork.
- Monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that top-quality products are delivered.
- Keep downtime to a minimum to maintain high customer standards.
- Replenish raw materials.
- Adjust machine settings.
- Communicate improvements.
