1st or 2nd Shift Machinist
About The Position
Jarvis is seeking Machine Operators to add to its Manufacturing Department on 1st or 2nd Shift. This role requires an individual that is task-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to producing high-quality, precision work. Operators learn to set up, operate, and monitor precision manufacturing equipment used to produce high-performance cutting tools. You will play an essential role for the Jarvis Team! Because we invest heavily in training, previous machining experience is not required. We are looking for people who bring: · A strong desire to learn. · A commitment to doing your best and continually improving. · Pride in producing high-quality work. · Good basic math skills. Such as addition, subtraction, and a basic knowledge of fractions and decimals. · The ability to lift and carry 40 pounds. Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- The successful completion of a physical exam and drug screening
- Good basic math skills. Such as addition, subtraction, and a basic knowledge of fractions and decimals.
- The ability to lift and carry 40 pounds.
- Ability to commute to Rochester, NH 03868
