About The Position
Immediate Opening for a Machine Operator in the Englewood, Ohio area. 11th Hour Staffing Inc. is a family-owned-and-operated business that is passionate about recruiting, customer service, and our community. We are positioned to be your one-stop staffing resource for all your hiring & employment needs from entry-level to executive, spanning across all industries. This is an entry-level position. All training will be provided. No experience necessary. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities
- Operates injection molding machines and all necessary support equipment to meet production schedules and maintain required customer quality standards while following internal policies and procedures.
- Maintains and operates in a safe and clean work environment while complying with industry 5S standards to increase operational efficiencies and OSHA regulations to reduce workplace injuries.
- Effectively communicates job assignment, work instruction, and job-specific problems with the oncoming shift to ensure an efficient transition to meet production requirements.
