About The Position

3D Systems in Littleton is adding a Manufacturing Machine Operator to our production team to support our 3D printed titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, copper alloys, and cobalt chrome machines. We're seeking a full-time employee who can ensure our advanced products are prepared for each subsequent stage in the manufacturing process. Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and precision.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and carry materials, equipment, and production components weighing up to 50 pounds as part of routine manufacturing operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control processes.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to follow precise instructions in a manufacturing environment.
• This position serves the Manufacturing Team, which includes the need to work on export controlled products from aerospace and defense customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various 3D printing machines for titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, copper alloys, and cobalt chrome materials
• Maintain adherence to strict quality control procedures to deliver flawless end products consistently
• Execute routine maintenance tasks to keep machines running smoothly and minimize downtime
• Identify and resolve potential issues with builds to maintain production efficiency
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Work effectively with team members to achieve production goals and targets
• Thrive on the Night Shift: Monday–Friday overnight operations (10:00 pm - 6:30 am)
• Participate in daytime training on 1st shift (6am-2:30pm) for up to 4 weeks during your initial training period
