In this role, you will operate and set up machining equipment, ensure product quality through continuous monitoring and inspections, and support efficient manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions, using precision measuring instruments to verify specifications, maintaining accurate production records, and adhering to all safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education.
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.

Nice To Haves

• motor manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates CNC machines, monitors for quality and unusual conditions, and understands machining tools, speeds, feeds, and operation sequences.
• Reads and interprets drawings, follows work instructions, and inspects products using precision measuring tools throughout production.
• Demonstrates dependability, strong work ethic, ability to follow directions, and works effectively in a team environment; willing to cross-train and train others.
• Prioritizes workplace safety, maintains daily housekeeping, completes required paperwork, and is flexible with overtime and other assigned duties.
