About The Position

Noble Biomaterials, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team on the 2nd shift. The company manufactures innovative products for the military, medical field, and everyday life. Employees in this position may be assigned to different work areas or job duties based on production demands and should be comfortable learning new tasks and adapting to changing priorities.

Requirements

Work as part of a team, as well as independently
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods (up to 50 lbs.)
Basic Computer, Mechanical, and Math skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to understand and follow safety policies and procedures
Willingness to work assigned shifts and occasional overtime
High School Diploma or GED
Age 18+

Responsibilities

Record and maintain production data (temperatures, pressures, ingredients, test results, etc.).
Enter daily data into computer systems.
Follow production schedules and recipes for chemical mixtures.
Adjust equipment settings (temperature, pressure, flow, etc.) to meet requirements.
Monitor gauges, meters, and instruments to ensure proper operation.
Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to specifications.
Inspect equipment for leaks or malfunctions and report issues.
Collect and test product samples for quality checks.
Maintain a safe and clean work area.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
