About The Position
Join our team and take your skills to the next level! We're looking for dedicated Machine Operators who are passionate about ensuring top-notch production and efficiency with high-speed process equipment. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering quality results, this opportunity is perfect for you! This role follows a 2-2-3 day schedule with 12 hour shifts that require prolonged periods of standing and active movement. Candidates with prior experience working comparable extended-shift schedules will be strongly preferred.
Requirements
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic problems including knowledge of machines and tools, their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
- Math skills to include simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience working comparable extended-shift schedules
Responsibilities
- Assist with setting-up, starting, diagnosing, troubleshooting and properly shutting down process equipment
- Assist with process machinery from raw materials through downstream finished goods
- Maintain production logs and reports as required
- Perform production process in SAP as required
