About The Position

Performs routine manual and/or automated post-press functions. Utilizes basic computer systems in the completion of duties. Duties and tasks at this level are with limited complexity.

Requirements

• Ability to utilize basic computer systems.
• Ability to gather materials efficiently.
• Ability to ensure accurate quantity and correct shipping labels.
• Ability to meet company service requirements including labeling and sorting.
• Ability to inspect product and verify match with order specifications.
• Ability to manifest orders according to defined terms/methods.

Responsibilities

• Gather materials in an efficient manner, which may include: the stock area with supplies, check order shipments, and generate labels.
• Ensure accurate quantity, correct shipping label and required attributes at a quality level that meets or exceeds our customer’s expectations.
• Utilize basic computer systems.
• Meet company service requirements which may include proper labeling and sorting.
• May inspect the product to verify a match with order specifications and manifest orders according to terms/methods defined in the shop order package and/or manifest system.
