About The Position

Requirements

At least one year of machine operation experience with a single manufacturing employer.
High school diploma or GED.
Familiarity with blueprints, measuring tools, and basic production math.
Basic computer skills and accurate recordkeeping.
Dependable attendance and the ability to work independently and with a team.
Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with reasonable accommodations available.

Responsibilities

Prepare production equipment for scheduled jobs and monitor operation throughout the shift.
Use job instructions and technical drawings to produce parts to specifications.
Check product dimensions and quality using measuring instruments.
Record production results and report equipment or product concerns.
Assist with routine equipment care and minor troubleshooting.
Maintain an orderly work area and follow established safety practices.
