About The Position

Vestcom, a standalone business unit of Avery Dennison, is looking for a Machine Operator to join their production team. In this role, the operator is responsible for operating label machines efficiently, troubleshooting technical issues on the fly, and ensuring every product meets high-quality standards. Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
One to two years related experience and/or training.
Strong mechanical skills to analyze and operate label machine equipment.
Ability to embody and reflect Vestcom’s core values.

Responsibilities

Setup and operate label machines to meet daily deadlines with a "zero-defect" mindset.
Use mechanical aptitude to diagnose malfunctions and find root-cause solutions.
Monitor close tolerances and use the ERP system to log materials and time accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, always prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your teammates.
