As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing high‑quality parts that meet customer specifications. You’ll set up and operate equipment, perform inspections, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and help ensure our production runs smoothly. This role is hands-on, team-oriented, and essential to our success. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1–3 years of machinist or machine operation experience preferred, but not required
  • Basic math, measuring, and computer skills
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Machining experience is required

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Set up, load programs, and operate machines safely and efficiently
  • Read and follow work orders, instructions, and blueprints
  • Operate clippers, rotary trimmers, and other secondary equipment
  • Inspect products using precision measuring tools to ensure quality
  • Perform basic preventive maintenance and minor repairs
  • Maintain accurate production records
  • Keep your work area clean and organized
  • Support new employee training
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts
  • Follow all safety procedures and support ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 standards
  • Contribute positively to our mission, vision, and values
  • Perform other duties as needed
