Requirements

  • Work as part of a team, as well as independently
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Basic Computer, Mechanical, and Math skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to understand and follow safety policies and procedures
  • Willingness to work assigned shifts and occasional overtime
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Age 18+

Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain production data (temperatures, pressures, ingredients, test results, etc.).
  • Enter daily data into computer systems.
  • Follow production schedules and recipes for chemical mixtures.
  • Adjust equipment settings (temperature, pressure, flow, etc.) to meet requirements.
  • Monitor gauges, meters, and instruments to ensure proper operation.
  • Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to specifications.
  • Inspect equipment for leaks or malfunctions and report issues.
  • Collect and test product samples for quality checks.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
  • Employees in this position may be assigned to different work areas or job duties based on production demands. Applicants should be comfortable learning new tasks and adapting to changing priorities.
