About The Position
The Fremont Company, a family-owned business since 1905, is seeking reliable Machine Operators to join their production team. This role involves operating equipment to transform fresh cabbage into sauerkraut. The position is hands-on and requires attention to detail to ensure product quality and efficient operation of the production line.
Requirements
- Understanding of how machines work and ability to improve their performance.
- Dependability and reliability.

- Ability to perform a hands-on job that requires being on your feet.
- Willingness to work in environments that can be hot, cold, loud, or wet.

Responsibilities
- Run, set up, and fine-tune production and packaging equipment.
- Adjust and troubleshoot equipment to maintain continuous operation.
- Monitor and ensure product quality by checking weights, seals, and labels.
- Collaborate with Maintenance and Quality teams to achieve production targets.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and food-safe work environment.
