About The Position

Join our team as a Manufacturing Machine Operator! We’re hiring for multiple positions in a dynamic rubber manufacturing environment. These roles involve operating specialized machinery, ensuring product quality, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic math and computer skills
ERP experience preferred
Safety-conscious
Able to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

Operate machine safely and efficiently
Perform quality inspections and ensure compliance with standards
Input and retrieve data from ERP systems
Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members
Maintain attention to detail while managing machine interfaces
Remove finished products from molds, preparing molds for the next production cycle, and ensuring product quality through collaboration with Peelers and Mixers.
Operate equipment safely, performing quality checks, maintaining accurate production records.
Operate and maintain peeling equipment to process customer orders to lengths and thickness.
Ensure efficiency, adherence to safety and standards of fast-paced manufacturing.
Transform raw materials into high-quality tile products by operating press machines and ensuring precision throughout the production process.
Set formulas, inspect quality, and maintain equipment.
Keep the workspace clean and safe.
